The difference between a bystander and an upstander is that a bystander is not much use when bullying happens. an upstander offers support and seeks adult help when it's unsafe.
Good to see you've posted BUT pleeeease check your spelling for 100% accuracy next time you write about BULLYING. Good to see a comparison made between bystanders and upstanders. Which category are you in?:-)
